Qualifications:

Must have active registered LPN license with the state of Ohio.

  • Medication administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations
  • Following physicians orders
  • Supervises STNAs
  • Notifies physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation


Requires drug screening and background check.

License:

  • Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)
  • BLS, ACLS (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 1 year LPN experience (Preferred)

Required travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
